Role & Responsibilities

  • Front Office role responsible for origination and execution of pool sale transactions (Direct Assignment and Securitization) as part of Balance Sheet management.
  • Liaising with banks and financial institutions for pool sale.
  • Coordinating with rating agencies and lawyers for transaction-related documentation and compliance.
  • Maintaining relevant MIS and decks for internal and external reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 7 years of experience.
