Cosmetics Development Strategist

• Translate consumer insights and trend research into innovative product concepts.
• Lead R&D, packaging & design to bring products to life.
• Manage timelines, testing, and regulatory compliance to ensure on-time, high-quality launches.
• Keep an eye on global beauty movements and adapt them for our market.
• Leverage global supplier & manufacturer networks to source innovative formulations, packaging, and technologies while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and scalability.
