Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Senior Business Development Executive located in Rajkot. The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and maintaining client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, conducting market research, developing strategic business plans, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The individual will also be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Min 1 year of experience required in Business Development
• Strong Management and Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the cooling or HVAC industry is a plus
