Key Responsibilities :

  • Visit and engage with potential clients to educate them about our shipping services, providing a clear explanation of the India USA shipment process.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with leads and maintain momentum throughout the sales process until deals are successfully closed.
  • Regularly update CRM systems and report daily progress to the leadership team to track sales activities and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
