Description

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition with 5-9 years of experience in India's job market context to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. They will also be responsible for creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
  • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews with candidates
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5-9 years of experience in talent acquisition in the Indian job market context
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with social media recruiting and other sourcing methods
  • Knowledge of Indian employment laws and regulations
