Description
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition with 5-9 years of experience in India's job market context to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. They will also be responsible for creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews with candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field5-9 years of experience in talent acquisition in the Indian job market contextExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systemsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with social media recruiting and other sourcing methodsKnowledge of Indian employment laws and regulationsSkills Required
