Constantly challenging the status quo, you possess a keen ability to understand and navigate its 1) of Data-analysis languages like R / Python in core Statistical Concepts is 2) S the development, execution and optimization of growth campaigns across various channels to enhance user acquisition, engagement and retention. 3) Familiar with CRM platforms like Clevertap / with Digital marketing channels and 4) and implement sophisticated customer segmentation strategies to personalize marketing efforts, enhance targeting accuracy, and drive impactful 5) to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Business, Finance, Product, Tech to ensure alignment and drive growth initiatives. Qualifications 1) Years of experience working as Growth Analyst / Business Analyst in an e-commerce or similar domain (Mandatory). 2) Graduates / Post Grads from Tier 1 / 2 colleges with Engineering, Management / Finance background are Skills that will help you succeed in this role : 1) working knowledge in SQL, Excel and visualization tools like Looker, 2)⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into technical requirements.3)⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.4)⁠ ⁠Experience in market research and analysis is a plus Why join us?
