We are looking for a D2C Lead for Dorje Teas to scale and own our direct-to-consumer business from scratch. You will be hands-on in setting up, running, and scaling our digital revenue channels while bringing in the strategic thinking needed to eventually build a growth team.
This role demands someone who can operate tools directly (ads, analytics, email / SMS automation, landing page builders) while also analyzing revenue drivers and customer segments. If you thrive at the intersection of data, creativity, and execution, this is your playground.
Key Responsibilities :
Own Digital Revenue Growth :
- Take charge of building and scaling revenue channels across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid + organic platforms.
Hands-on Execution :
Run ad campaigns end-to-end : targeting, bidding, creative testing, and optimization.Set up, operate, and integrate tools for performance marketing, analytics, automation, and reporting.Customer & Funnel Analysis :
Deep dive into data to understand customer segments, behavior, and LTV drivers.Build and refine acquisition + retention strategies using insights.Brand + Creative Layer :
Work with content / design resources (internal or freelance) to ensure campaigns marry conversion focus with brand building.Experimentation & Growth Loops : Design and run experiments across ads, pricing, offers, and creative formats to unlock scalable growth.Future Team Building :
