Location : Vasai & Bhiwandi, Maharashtra

Position : Shift Supervisor

Experience : Fresher / 0–2 years (Manufacturing / Plastics / Toy Industry preferred)

Qualification : Any Graduate / Mechanical Engineer / CIPET

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in managing daily production activities during assigned shifts.
• Ensure raw material distribution to the production team as required, with support from helpers.
• Monitor and support operators working on injection moulding machines .
• Collect and maintain daily production data & shift reports .
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Store departments to gather relevant data and submit compiled reports to the Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards in the shop floor.
• Record basic production data such as shift output, downtime, and manpower deployment.
• Coordinate with helpers and workers to ensure smooth workflow.
