Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor, located in Mumbai. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory levels. The individual will also be responsible for implementing company policies, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management, staff supervision, and scheduling
• Customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock replenishment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
• Previous experience in retail or supermarket operations is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in management or related fields are an advantage
