Job description

We're hiring a hands- on Principal Salesforce Developer who will lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions in Agent force for Sales & Service. The ideal candidate codes with excellence, defines best practices, and partners with business leads to scale solutions that enable agent workflows, customer care, and onboarding.

What You'll Do :

  • Architect, design & build high- performance Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Flow, integrations) with focus on Agentforce for Sales & Service
  • Establish and enforce development standards, DevOps practices, reusable components
  • Lead technical roadmap planning; optimize systems for scalability, performance & compliance
  • Mentor junior developers; lead code reviews & technical leadership
  • Stay updated with new Salesforce features, Agentforce innovations & bring ideas for platform maturity

What We're Looking For :

  • 10+ years of Salesforce dev experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom development)
  • Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, data modeling
  • Agentforce experience + knowledge of Salesforce AI capabilities a big plus
  • Strong hands- on experience with integrations, handling technical debt, performance tuning
  • Skilled communicator, good collaborator, experience with Agile methodologies
