Job description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lab Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, analyzing results, maintaining equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests
  • Handle, store, and process biological samples
  • Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of lab equipment
  • Record and analyze test results accurately
  • Follow safety and quality control protocols
  • Support senior pathologists and lab staff in diagnostic work

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)
  • Prior experience in a diagnostic laboratory preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
