Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role involves developing HR strategies, implementing policies, managing training programs, and ensuring a positive workplace environment. The manager will work closely with all departments to align HR initiatives with the company’s goals while fostering a strong organizational culture.
Qualifications
Human Resources expertise, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws
Skills in training and development, performance management, and organizational planning
Problem-solving abilities, conflict resolution skills, and a strong understanding of workplace dynamics
Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, labor regulations, and industry best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees and leadership
Experience in the textile or fashion industry (preferred but not required)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM) are an advantage
