About the Role
We’re looking for an E-commerce Growth Manager to manage our brands : Chutnefy - 5 Second Chutneys and SIMPLIFY - 100% Clean Label Foods. You’re someone who doesn’t just crunch numbers but gets a kick out of seeing carts fill up and repeat customers roll in. You’ll be leading growth across our D2C platforms and marketplaces (Amazon, supporting Q-commerce, adding new channels etc.), working in close sync with our CMO, Head of Operations, Head of Sales, and Co-Founders.
You’ll also be the daily go-to for our Brand & Communications team (design, content, production) to make sure creative, campaigns, and offers are always on point. Most importantly, you’ll ensure cross- platform sales, pricing, and offers are aligned for structured, sustainable growth.

What you’ll be taking care of
Cross-Platform Growth & Strategy
- Own revenue and growth metrics across D2C and marketplaces.
- Own, develop and manage the budgets required.
- Align sales, pricing, and promotions across platforms so customers get the best of us, wherever they shop.
- Build campaign calendars that bring together our websites, Amazon, and Q-commerce in sync.
- Dive into KPIs and pull out solutions, not just problems.
D2C Websites
Run the show on performance : merchandising, CRO, checkout flow, UX / UI.Work with performance marketing to keep CAC, ROAS, and LTV in check.Manage CRM journeys and create retention strategies to keep customers coming back.Share reports and insights that lead to action, not just dashboards.Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Q-commerce)
Make Amazon your playground : listings, A+ content, SEO, PPC ads, brand store, the works.Manage pricing, promotions, inventory planning, and fulfilment, and avoid D2C cannibalisationGrab opportunities from seasonal events, account managers, and platform tie-ups.Stay ahead of competitors, and know when to match, when to counter, and when to outdo.Collaboration & Leadership
Be the bridge between Brand & Comms and growth, ensuring timely requests for creative and content work for commerce, while providing valuable data-driven feedback to help develop the brand strategy furtherWork with Ops & Supply Chain to keep inventory healthy and orders flowing.Sync with Sales so online and offline channels grow hand-in-hand.Partner with Customer Experience to turn reviews and feedback into love and loyalty.What we’re looking for
4–7 years in E-commerce management, with proven experience in D2C and Marketplace marketing - Goes without saying that this is a non-negotiable.A strong leaning towards solutioning rather than problem identification - you see roadblocks as puzzles to solve.Driven by data, dashboards, and metrics, but just as comfortable making quick, gut-backed calls when needed - numbers guide you, but they don’t own you!Self-starter energy, proactive, resourceful, and eager to thrive in a fast-moving startup - It will be chaoticA genuine love for food, cuisines, and flavours, because our brands live at the intersection of taste and convenience - opening a restaurant is one of your dreams!Ability to collaborate with multiple teams while keeping your eye firmly on growth.A creative mindset - you secretly wish to be a filmmaker or designer, or maybe a copywriter or an artist!What We Offer
