We are hiring Senior VMware Engineer with specialized expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) to lead the design, deployment, and management of scalable, secure, and highly available hybrid / multi-cloud infrastructures. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in enterprise environments and enjoy working across integrated infrastructure stacks.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement VCF 9 solutions including SDDC Manager, vSphere, vSAN, and NSX integration.

Lead upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management of VCF components.

Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and health checks across VCF infrastructure.

Collaborate with network, storage, and security teams for seamless workload integration.

Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerCLI, Ansible, Python) to streamline operations.

Provide L3 support for incidents and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience in VMware technologies, with at least 3 years focused on VCF.

Strong knowledge of vSphere, vSAN, NSX-T, and SDDC Manager.

Hands-on experience with VCF 5.x → 9.x lifecycle upgrades.

Solid background in enterprise infrastructure, networking, and storage.

Familiarity with hybrid / multi-cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

VMware VCP-DCV

VCAP-DCV

VCF Specialist Certification

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Master’s degree is a plus.

Communication Skills

Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory for client communication and documentation.
