About the Role :
As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from qualified lead (MQL & SQL) to
closed-won deals. You will work closely with SDRs and marketing teams to ensure the smooth
progression of leads and maximize revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and drive the entire sales process from MQL & SQL to close-won.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across target
accounts.
Collaborate with SDRs to ensure a high-quality pipeline of SQLs.Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas (MRR / ARR).Analyze sales performance and refine strategies to optimize win rates bysegment / industry.
Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts in the CRM system.Core KPIs :
SQL → Closed-Won Conversion Rate : % of SQLs converted to paying customers.Average Deal Size (ACV) : Value per closed deal.Sales Cycle Length : Time taken from SQL to close-won.Revenue vs. Quota Attainment : Achievement of monthly / quarterly MRR or ARRtargets.
Win Rate by Segment / Industry : Quality of SQL targeting and conversion.Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, AI, or technology products.Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder management.CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is preferred.What We Offer :
