Job Summary : Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead the training function. The role covers the end-to-end L&D cycle spanning both technical and non-technical trainings while managing a small team of two. This role requires excellent communication skills disciplined execution and the ability to partner with stakeholders across India US and UK.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete L&D lifecycle intake planning execution and closure.
Design deliver and oversee non-technical trainings such as :
o Communication skills (oral written presentation business communication)
o Leadership readiness & people management
o Career development & personal effectiveness
o Client & stakeholder management
o Culture & diversity sensitization
o Workplace effectiveness (collaboration emotional intelligence conflict management)
o Change management & agility
o Compliance & professional conduct
Facilitate and coordinate technical trainings by working with SMEs vendors and internal trainers.
Lead and mentor a team of two ensuring effective execution and alignment with organizational goals.
Partner with HR and business leaders to assess skill gaps and create structured learning plans.
Track adoption evaluate impact and report on learning outcomes.
Drive a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
Requirements
1012 years of experience in Learning & Development in a similar-sized organization.
Strong experience in both technical and non-technical training delivery / facilitation.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) non-negotiable.
Proven ability to manage L&D independently with structure discipline and outcomes focus.
Experience managing a small team or leading projects.
Exposure to working with international stakeholders (US / UK preferred).
Comfortable with LMS platforms and modern learning tools.
Open to strong Leads ready to step up into a Manager role.
