Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Zoho Developer / Team Lead to take ownership of end-to-end Zoho development projects (95% KRA) while providing minimal support in IT infrastructure and systems management (5% KRA). The role requires hands-on expertise in Zoho Creator, CRM, Books, Flow, and custom development using Deluge scripting and APIs, along with the ability to lead a small development team, manage SDLC, and ensure scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions.

Key Responsibilities

A. Software Development & Zoho Ecosystem (95% KRA)

• Lead design, development, and deployment of custom applications on Zoho Creator and other Zoho apps.
• Customize, automate, and integrate Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Flow, and other apps with internal workflows.
• Drive requirement gathering, solution design, and architecture discussions with stakeholders.
• Implement and enforce SDLC best practices, version control, and code documentation.
• Mentor and guide a team of junior developers; review code and ensure quality standards.
• Build and maintain API integrations with third-party systems.
• Conduct application testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and role-based access controls across Zoho apps.
• Continuously explore and leverage new Zoho features, AI tools, and automation to improve business efficiency.
• Conduct end-user training and support adoption of new solutions.

B. IT Infrastructure & Support (5% KRA)

Post : Finance executive Qualification required : B. Com or M. Com Location : Nariman point Skills required : Working knowledge of Tally Prime latest version, MS excel and Word Job Description : 1. Documentation for Finance work – CC / OD / Term Loan / Home Loan application cum renewal, LC / BG documentation 2. Handling Exim compliances – SB / BOE submission, Advance licence, EPCG application and redemption 3. Followup with concerned consultant for requisite certificates (for e.g. Solvency certificate, CA certificate, CE certificate) 4. Assisting in basic audit requirements
