COBOL Developer -.Net Systems

Job Summary : We are seeking a seasoned COBOL Developer with expertise in modern .NET environments to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing COBOL-based modules that are integrated with .NET systems. This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain, and support COBOL-based modules integrated into .NET systems.
• Work closely with business analysts and functional teams to understand and implement payroll logic.
• Enhance and refactor existing code for better performance and maintainability.
• Collaborate with C# / .NET developers to ensure smooth system-wide integration.
• Document changes, perform unit testing, and support QA teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution.
