Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer with extensive experience in building scalable web applications and APIs using the latest .NET technologies. As a senior member of our development team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade software solutions that align with business goals. This position demands a deep understanding of the .NET ecosystem, strong problem-solving abilities, and leadership in technical execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the end-to-end development of web applications and RESTful APIs using .NET 8, C#, and ASP.NET Core.
Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services.
Guide and mentor junior developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and best practice sharing.
Collaborate closely with product managers, QA engineers, and UI / UX teams to deliver robust solutions.
Analyze and optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Take ownership of technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
Troubleshoot critical production issues and ensure system uptime and data integrity.
Champion Agile practices and contribute to continuous improvement of team workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development with a focus on enterprise applications.

Expert-level proficiency in .NET 8, C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework.

Strong experience in SQL Server database development, including stored procedures and query optimization.

Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software development principles.

Working knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is an advantage.

Familiarity with Agile development tools like JIRA, Git, and CI / CD pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivering quality solutions.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Willingness to work in the 3 : 00 PM 12 : 00 AM IST shift.
