Role Description

Location : Remote - work from any part of the world

Experience : 6 - 12 months (or exceptional fresher with strong logical + analytical aptitude)

Compensation : As per industry standards

We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and analytical executor to take complete ownership of the email acquisition channel at CleverX.

This is not a strategy role, it's for someone who loves execution, precision, and performance tracking. You'll be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and optimizing email systems, ensuring deliverability, and running campaigns at scale, across multiple domains, tools, and audiences.

What You'll Do

1. Campaign Execution & Management

• Launch, monitor, and optimize email campaigns using necessary tools.
• Ensure accurate sequencing, audience mapping, and follow-up logic across all campaigns.
• Monitor open rates, reply rates, and bounces - identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure all campaigns meet key performance benchmarks (open rate, reply rate, conversion).
