Lead - Transitions & Solutions

Location : Gurugram.

Work model : 5 days from Office (Sat & Sun off).

Shift timings : 12 : 30pm to 9 : 30pm.

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead end-to-end transitions, transformations, and solution design for enterprise functions like Finance and HR.

This is a strategic role involving client engagement, project / program management, solutioning, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities :

Project & Program Management :

• Drive delivery of transition and transformation programs, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Lead toll-gate-based transitions using industry best practices.
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with project managers to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
• Provide program status updates to internal and client stakeholders.
