Bachelor’s & Master Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline

Experience : 10+ years’ experience in handling multiple RETAIL projects and should have wide

design and detail knowledge.

Job Description :

∙Develops design concepts and produces contract documents based on client

needs.

∙Have experience in Interior Fit-out Designing

∙Meets with clients to program the project requirements.

∙Holds excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.

∙Holds design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Mood board)

∙Technical design (Material knowledge, BOM, Execution and Drawing

Preparation)

∙Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module

planning)

∙Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)

∙Holds project expertise in Creating BOQ for customers, Coordinating with

internal & external agencies.

∙Holds sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch,

Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers.

∙Holds behavioural attributes of Result oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics,

Crisp & meaningful communication.

∙Holds a high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among

independent team members

Qualifications :

∙Bachelor’s & Master Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline

∙10+ years’ experience in handling multiple RETAIL projects and should have wide

design and detail knowledge.

∙Experience in retail, commercial, hospitality, furniture and mixed use preferred

with portfolio

∙Project management experience and should creative, imaginative and artistic.

∙Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

∙In-depth knowledge of furniture systems and finishes.

∙Proficiency in AutoCAD, photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, 3dx Max or similar

design software.

∙Demonstrated understanding of basic principles of space planning

∙Creative eye for detail in preparation of design presentation materials
