Workday Platform Manager

We are looking for a Workday HCM Associate Manager to lead the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of our Workday ecosystem. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that our HR systems evolve in alignment with Sutherland’s global people strategy and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Workday HCM Management

• Oversee daily operations, configurations, and maintenance of the Workday HCM system.
• Manage configuration updates, testing, and deployment of new functionalities and releases.
• Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with global security and privacy standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, and business stakeholders for system enhancements, issue resolution, and process improvements.
