Description :
We are seeking a Strategic, Pro-active Enterprise Architect who loves getting fully engaged in architecting and implementing benefits and salary posting integrations and processes between Workday and ADP payroll systems.
The architect will redesign integrations, process and cut-over strategy, ensure compliance, and optimize end-to-end data processing.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical acumen, hands-on experience managing complex integrations, and exceptional leadership and communication skills to ensure seamless design, execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and architect end-to-end payroll and benefits integration solutions.
- Define integration strategy, mapping, and error handling frameworks.
- Collaborate with Workday integration teams and ADP stakeholders.
- Oversee technical implementation and ensure scalability and security.
- Provide guidance to developers, testers and business stakeholders.
- Defines cut-over and go-live plans including performance optimizations and seamless ongoing operations setup.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and due diligence across all activities.
- Have a Continuous Improvement mindset to accelerate automation, reusability, responsible use of AI and process enhancements that drive delivery excellence and efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience :
7+ years of experience in integration architecture.Hands-on Experience in designing Workday / Payroll systems integration and dataflow process architectures.Proven experience in benefits and payroll integration design.Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and data transformation frameworks.Excellent analytical, design, and documentation skills.Excellent Problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to seamlessly collaborate with cross-functional and globally diverse teams across time zones.Benefits working with us at Crescenza Consulting Group :
