Key Responsibilities :
∙Lead and mentor a team of Workday integration consultants and developers.
∙Own the full integration lifecycle—from requirement gathering, solution design,
development, testing, to production go-live.
∙Collaborate with client stakeholders to align business needs with integration strategy and
execution.
∙Define and enforce integration best practices, coding standards, and performance tuning.
∙Manage workload distribution, project timelines, and resource planning across multiple
concurrent client projects.
∙Lead internal initiatives to improve delivery quality, process efficiency, and automation.
∙Participate in architecture-level discussions and help define future roadmap and
innovation opportunities.
Required Qualifications :
∙8+ years of total IT experience with 5+ years of Workday Integration experience .
∙Prior experience in leading Workday integration teams (minimum team size : 3–5
members).
∙Hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, XSLT, XML, Web
Services (SOAP / REST) .
∙Workday certifications in Core Integration and Workday Studio are mandatory.
∙Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules and business processes.
∙Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
∙Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and leadership
skills.
∙Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies.
∙Proficiency in managing delivery across multiple clients or enterprise-level
implementations .
Preferred Qualifications :
∙Additional Workday certifications like CCTPP, Reporting, PECI / PICOF .
∙Experience integrating with third-party vendors (payroll, benefits, ATS, etc.).
∙Background in enterprise architecture or pre-sales consulting is a plus.
