Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Pune. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting tailored solutions, managing customer relationships, and executing sales strategies to meet organizational targets. Key tasks include building strong client rapport, understanding business requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and providing post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and provide exceptional support.
Proficiency in sales, including lead generation, presenting solutions, and closing deals.
Experience in sales management and the ability to oversee and guide sales processes.
Capability to conduct training and provide guidance to customers or junior team members when required.
Additional qualifications such as expertise in IT solutions, a bachelor’s degree in business, or related disciplines are a plus.
