We are looking for an experienced DCDP Continental and Commis Indian to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong background in continental and Indian cuisines, helping to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of continental dishes in line with the restaurant's menu.
- Support the head chef in managing kitchen operations and ensuring food quality and presentation standards are met.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and service of meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and comply with food safety regulations.
- Participate in menu development and contribute new ideas for dishes and presentations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
4-8 years of experience in a similar role within a reputable restaurant or hotel.Proficient in continental cuisine and cooking techniques.Knowledge of Indian cuisine and ability to prepare traditional Indian dishes is a plus.Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods such as grilling, sautéing, and baking.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.FOR RESORT IN KARNATAKA, CALL USSkills Required
