Position Purpose : To undertake the accounts payable role for the Unit and ensure all the processes are followed as per defined guidelines.

You will be responsible for :

• Handling bank reco on D+1
• Timely processing of raw material / chemical / fuel / project / any other service invoices
• Updating of Project / regular payments in ERP
• Support in preparation of monthly blackline bank ledger
• Timely inputs for Monthly MIS
• Data preparation in capitalization
• Provision of vendors bills on monthly level and checking of those
• Reconciliation of balances & clearance of disputes if any with vendors

Specificities :   Act as a support role for Payables activity and must be well versed in ledger maintenance and funds management.

Experience : 4 to 8+ years in Accounts from a manufacturing set-up.

Academics : M.Com / PG in F&A preferred / Graduate in commerce.
