Roles and Responsibilities

• accountable for the production of outputs and operating activities for food products.
• Maintaining records related to Food Safety and Traceability
• Should be able to track Both Farming and Processing Activities
• Manage all activities related to Customer Audits, Organic, ISO and Food Safety Audits
• Manage and coordinate a company-wide regulatory guidance, training and compliance effort
• Develop corrective / preventative (continuous quality improvement) action plans
• Responsible for the microbiological and analytical disposition of all raw materials and products harvested and packed in the plant
• Help to develop and monitor a program of consistent product presentation to support the brand and corporate image
• Review and check plant sanitation

Requirements

Education : Must hold a Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in a relevant field.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential.

Relocation : Willingness to relocate to the specified work location.

Knowledge of Kannada is Mandatory
