Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Bartender, based in Mumbai. The Head Bartender will oversee daily bar operations, craft and serve innovative cocktails, maintain inventory, and ensure high-quality customer experiences. Additional responsibilities include managing bar staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and handling cash transactions accurately. As a team leader, the Head Bartender will play an integral role in fostering a welcoming and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to deliver exceptional guest experiences and effectively collaborate with team members.
• Expertise in Bartending and Food & Beverage services, with a focus on crafting creative cocktails and presenting high-quality beverages.
• Proficiency in Cash Handling and related financial responsibilities to ensure accurate and reliable transactions.
• Leadership and organizational skills to train, manage, and inspire a team of bar staff.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in food and beverage service.
• Previous experience as a bartender or in hospitality management is highly preferred.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced environment.
