[Urgent] Site Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Site Engineer (Interior) who will oversee the execution of interior fit-out and finishing works on-site. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of materials, finishes, and on-site coordination, ensuring high-quality work and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site interior works, including civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Prepare and review daily site reports, work progress, and manpower requirements.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations at the site.
• Monitor material usage and coordinate with the procurement team for timely deliveries.
• Verify and ensure accuracy of measurements, BOQs, and drawings before execution.
• Attend project meetings and report site progress, challenges, and requirements.
• Manage subcontractors and labor teams to ensure productivity and workmanship quality.
• Handle snag lists and ensure rectifications before project handover.
