Key Responsibilities :
- Youll be based in Hyderabad, working 5 days per week in the office a strategic hub for our global delivery and innovation teams.
- Youll own the full sales cycle : from building targeted ICPs and executing multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) to pitching next-gen IT solutions to CXOs.
- Youll leverage your regional expertise in 2+ of : Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, KSA even from Hyderabad, youll be the trusted voice of ValueLabs in these markets.
- Youll collaborate with world-class teams in AI, cloud, automation, and digital transformation turning client challenges into scalable, future-ready solutions.
What Were Looking For :
3+ years of proven experience in B2B IT Services Business Development.Demonstrated success selling technology solutions to BFSI clients (banks, fintechs, digital banks).Strong awareness of AI / ML, RPA, Blockchain, Cloud, and digital enablement.Regional exposure and business context in at least 2 of : Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, KSA.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and CRM discipline.Willingness and readiness to work 5 days per week in-office in Hyderabad.This is more than a role its a launchpad.
