People Operations Specialist

About the Role :

The HR Operations Executive at Brightedge will play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant HR processes across the employee lifecycle. You’ll be responsible for executing HR operations with accuracy and empathy — while driving automation, analytics, and process improvements that make Brightedge an exceptional place to work. You’ll collaborate closely with our HR, Finance, and Business teams to ensure that every people process is simple, transparent, and impactful.

Please note that this role will require the candidate to work in EST / PST hours (4 PM to 1 AM IST or 6 : 30 PM to 3 : 30 AM IST depending on business requirements)

Responsibilities :

People Operations & Employee Lifecycle :

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding : offer letters, background checks, documentation, and induction coordination
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in Brightedge’s HRIS systems
• Ensure smooth coordination of employee confirmations, transfers, and exits
• Continuously refine HR processes to ensure scalability and efficiency as the organization grow
