Property Maintenance Manager

We are looking to hire AM- Home Renovation for HouseEazy. The role requires refurbishment & maintenance of apartments in high rise projects in Noida.

KRA's :

• Overseeing renovations & refurbishments in the apartments.
• Ensure that the apartments are kept in clean and presentable condition with all utilities functioning properly till customer handover.
• Manage multiple vendors for refurbishment, repairs & housekeeping to deliver services on time and within budget.
• Seek ways to reduce costs and improve operational standards
