About the Role

Leading and managing the complete gamut for the Facility Managemnet function for our client's Coimbatore offices.

Responsibilities

Responsible for stakeholder management with location POCs and leaders based in Coimbatore along with vendor management.

Vendor, builder & SEZ communication.

Facilities Management with projects experience from a construction & fit-out standpoint.

Managing location budgets, spaces, transport services, hygiene management, security services, energy management, health / safety and environment management.

Qualifications

Educational qualification : Fulltime BE / B.Tech (Civil, Mech), MBA in relevant discipline.

Required Skills

15-20 years of relevant experience in leading and managing the function of Facilities Management with large global IT organization.
