Track attendance, leaves, and regularization requests.
Coordinate with the payroll team for inputs such as attendance, overtime, deductions, and new joinees.
Address employee queries related to salary and benefits.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and communication campaigns.
Support employee welfare and well-being activities.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate recruitment process
Handle onboarding formalities including documentation, induction, and orientation programs.
Maintain employee database and personnel files accurately
