Job Summary
As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing the employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit formalities. You'll be the bridge between management and staff, ensuring a positive work culture, compliance with labor laws, and smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Employee Records & HR Systems
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Payroll & Benefits
- Managed payroll operations including PF / ESI compliance and tax deductions
- Collaborate with finance to process monthly payroll.
- Administer employee benefits and leave management.
- Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
- Update and communicate HR policies as needed.
Qualifications : Graduation or M.B.A (Preferred)
Experience : 1-2 years in HR Operations
Salary : ₹18,000 - ₹22,000
