Roles and Responsibilities :
- Operational management and support of the infrastructure and ensure the smooth running of the network, servers, and system applications. Monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure
- Resolving incidents that could not be resolved by the Service Desk or generated by the monitoring system.
- Installations, updates, tests, planning and configuration of the infrastructure.
- Should be flexible to work / support to different time zones based on the project assigned.
- Collaborate with local IT teams for technical scoping for any local need in data center implementations.
- Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Technical skills :
Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in managing large Windows server based platforms.Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems and working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, ADFS, Exchange, IIS, SCCMVMware Virtual Infrastructure Management KnowledgeKnowledge of Powershell scripts for the automation and management of Windows infrastructure.Knowledge of Office365 and AzureKnowledge of network switching : TCP / IP, subnetwork calculations, VLAN concepts, firewallInstallation of active devices in data centerFluent in English both spoken and written as he is going to work at global level.Certifications :
Microsoft Azure CertificationCCNAVMware .Good to have :
Knowledge of Linux.Experience working for an international group.Skills Required
