Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide troubleshooting and support for Windows and Linux systems, networking, and hardware. The role requires working in rotational shifts, including night shifts, and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network devices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Manage and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and UTMs.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, to support 24 / 7 operations.
- Document issues and resolutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux systems.Understanding of networking concepts and hardware troubleshooting.Experience with routers, UTMs, and other network devices.Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle on-call support.Good problem-solving and analytical skills.Skills Required
