Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive at Lalbaba Rice, located in the Purba Bardhaman district. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and targeting sales opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, achieving sales targets and quotas, and preparing regular sales reports. The role also involves negotiating contracts, handling client inquiries, and coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
• Skills in Market Research and Data Analysis
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the agricultural industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
