AGM - Sales & Distribution (Urgent)

1) Sound Knowledge about Pharma / Surgical Distribution & especially good network with the Manufacturers.

2) Strategic Thinking to scale up our Business as per the mutually agreed targets.

3) Networking among the existing stakeholders for enhancing the business

4) New Accounts strategic partnership especially with 50-100 bedded Hospitals for Speciality & Surgical Products..

Requirements :

1) Candidate should be a Pharmacy Graduate / Science Graduate with sound knowledge about the Pharma / Surgical Industry & its operations- Min- 15yrs of Experience

2) He / she should be good with Analytical Skills & a strong Negotiator in closing business deals.

3) Need to have influence among the competition & build new businesses with newer opportunities.

4) Leadership Skills with team management.

5) Good Exposure & Used to various distribution softwares - technically sound enough
