Job description
Provide project leadership to the Corporate Applications IT Team. Primary responsibilities include project management of Corporate IT application projects. Partner with stakeholders and effectively communicate to appropriate audience(s) across technology, Finance, Operations, and HR Teams.
Recommendations and activities are subject to a strict approval framework consistent with Corporate and division policies and procedures. Significant program changes are subject to an appropriate cost benefit analysis. Travel to operating locations on an as needed basis.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Maintain the organization s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans
- Demonstrates ability to successfully execute the organizations specific Corporate IT Application goals
- Demonstrate Project Management skills throughout the project lifecycle including intake, initiation, planning, product selection, execution, monitoring control, and closure
- Provide project support to Corporate IT Applications Team
- Preparing and / or reviewing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products
- Analyze and monitor project status and when necessary revise the scope, schedule, resources, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Strong customer service-oriented disposition that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to the global end user base
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills throughout interaction with all levels of the organization
- Drive continuous process improvement.

Basic Qualifications
Education
Bachelor s Degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.Skills Required
