ServiceNow Custom Application Creation

We are seeking a skilled professional for ServiceNow Custom Application Creation to design, develop, and implement bespoke solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of ITSM modules, ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and integrations to build robust applications. This role requires experience with Service Portal Development and the ability to work with various ServiceNow APIs, workflows, and UI components.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement custom applications on the ServiceNow platform .
• Utilize extensive knowledge of ITSM modules and processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Reports, and Security Operations.
• Implement and manage integrations such as LDAP, REST API , and more.
• Apply expertise in ServiceNow configuration, scripting (Client and Server) .
• Develop and manage integrations using REST and SOAP .
• Create and configure Tables, Forms, and Service Catalog items.
• Implement ACL (Access Control List) rules for security and data control.
• Design and develop complex Workflows, email notifications, events, and inbound actions .
• Create and customize reports for various modules.
• Develop and enhance the Service Portal .
• Develop and utilize ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, and UI Macros .
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and support for ServiceNow implementations.
