Manager – Performance Marketing
Job Summary
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact digital acquisition campaigns for a fast-growing consumer-tech app used across India. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in App Performance Marketing and a passion for driving scalable user growth. You will own all paid digital marketing initiatives focused on new user acquisition and continuously optimize for ROI and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Strategy & Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies across multiple digital touchpoints.
- Improve media and product funnels to enhance user acquisition outcomes.
- Drive ROI optimization across all channels while meeting growth targets.
Campaign Management & Analytics
Run continuous A / B tests on creatives, messaging, and targeting to improve results.Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to leadership.Convert insights into actionable improvements and data-led experiments.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, business, creative, and data teams to plan and execute campaigns end-to-end.Provide stakeholders with clear, actionable insights for decision-making.Identify and drive high-impact projects that enhance customer experience and efficiency.Innovation & Industry Awareness
Identify new trends, tools, and technologies in digital and app marketing.Experiment with new strategies to accelerate customer acquisition and retention.Keep the brand at the forefront of performance marketing innovation.Job Requirements
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong exposure to App Performance Marketing.Background working with a product company or leading digital / marketing agency.Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience across performance channels.What’s in It for You?
