Exp -2 to 5years

Requirements and Responsibilities :

• Responsible to work on Contract to Hire, contract position
• Sourcing resumes from job portals / engines, employee references, networking / professional websites
• Responsible for taking care of the recruitment process starting from sourcing profiles
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintaining an internal database of consultants as per their skill sets.
• Excellent sourcing skills
• Strong Experience in stakeholder and candidate management
• Assist in developing, implementing and transitioning, customizing processes in line with guidelines specified by the client
• Should have good technical knowledge
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profiles and to understand overall needs and requirements
• Using Data banks and References to match client requirement
• Screen the candidatures according to the requirement, establishing relationships with clients and candidates
• Handling end to end recruitment cycle, Confident and Interactive personality.
