Recruitment Skills : - Proficient in sourcing and screening resumes from various job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).- Skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).- Experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.4. Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of technical terminologies, technologies, and skills relevant to IT roles (e.g., Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, etc.).5. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and clients.6. US Market Knowledge : - Understanding of US employment types, tax terms- Familiarity with time zones and work culture in the US.7. Client Coordination : Ability to liaise with implementation partners to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates.8.
