Role Responsibilities :
- Originate new business prospects within the SME sector through direct sourcing and open market channels.
- Acquire SME customers and manage proposals, guiding them through to the disbursement stage.
- Drive business generation by meeting existing SME clients and identifying revenue opportunities.
- Provide SMEs with a range of working capital facilities and tailor credit solutions based on their needs.
Job Requirements :
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.Proven experience in SME banking, sales, and risk management.Strong ability to conduct financial analysis and assess credit risk.Experience in structuring credit facilities and cross-selling retail banking products.Skills Required
