Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a User Experience Design Specialist located in Kolkata. The role involves designing user-centric experiences, conducting user research, and developing prototypes to improve interaction and usability. The Specialist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to incorporate visual design elements and enhance interface aesthetics. Day-to-day responsibilities include applying design thinking methodologies to solve challenges and creating intuitive experiences aligned with user needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research methodologies
• Experience in Visual Design and User Experience Design (UED)
• Skills in Prototyping tools and techniques
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Familiarity with industry-standard design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
• Knowledge of usability testing and principles of accessibility is a plus
