Senior User Experience Design Specialist

The Role Responsibilities

• Self-starter to understand, apply, and drive SAP-specific design guidelines on products.
• Proven ability to collaborate with teams and work independently within a multi-site international atmosphere.
• Support Create UX effort estimations for new projects with a clear scope. Support, plan, and moderate requirements gathering workshops that include user requirements analysis, task analysis, information architecture design, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Facilitate design sessions with involved teams using Design Thinking and User Centered Design methodologies.
• Create low-to-high fidelity designs and prototypes based on the SAP Fiori design system.
• Work in close coordination with product owners to deliver expected UX outcomes, and verification of designs through reviews, validations, and / or formal usability testing.
• Maintain an understanding of design / user experience trends and practices and bring them back to the team to enrich learning by knowledge sharing.

Skills and Competencies

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, Digital Media Design, Human-Computer Interaction.
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong skills with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Mural, Axure
