Description : About the Role :

Buniyad Real Estate is expanding its Retail & Commercial Leasing division.

We are looking for professionals with a deep understanding of retail property markets, capable of handling leasing transactions and building strong relationships with developers, tenants, and brands.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end retail and commercial leasing for malls, high-street properties, and shops.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, and brands.
• Identify new leasing opportunities and negotiate deals.
• Conduct market research, rental benchmarking, and trend analysis.
• Handle documentation and support business growth In-depth understanding of the Noida / Gurgaon retail and commercial property market.
• Excellent interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Graduate / Postgraduate with strong leasing experience.
• Proactive approach and strong market intelligence.
